ROHM Semiconductor BR24G512x-5A Series I²C BUS EEPROMs (2-Wire)
ROHM Semiconductor BR24G512x-5A Series I²C BUS EEPROMs (2-Wire) are 512Kbit low current consumption serial EEPROMs with high endurance and high-speed write cycles. These devices feature a wide limit of 1.6V to 5.5V operating voltage range and 1MHz possible operation. The BR24G512x-5A EEPROMs incorporate all controls through 2 ports of Serial Clock (SCL) and Serial Data (SDA). These EEPROMs prevent data miswriting at low voltage using the Write Protect (WP) function. The BR24G512x-5A I²C BUS EEPROMs offer 4 million writing cycles, 3.5ms write cycle time, and 200 years of data retention period. Typical applications include ordinary electronic equipment such as AV, OA, telecommunication, electronic home appliances, and amusement.Features
