Mikroe MIKROE-3131 V to Hz 2 Click

Mikroe MIKROE-3131 V to Hz 2 Click converts an analog voltage input signal into a pulse wave signal of a certain frequency. This click board includes a specialized VFC32KU IC, and a voltage-to-frequency and frequency-to-voltage converter IC. With an input voltage of 3.3V, the Click board™ can generate a pulse train signal with a frequency linearly proportional to the input voltage. Mikroe MIKROE-3131 click board features good linearity and temperature stability and covers a wide frequency range. This click board is ideal for AD conversion, long-term integration, linear frequency modulation, voltage-to-frequency conversion, variable clock signal generator, and FM modulator/demodulator applications. 

The VFC32KU IC requires a dual power supply with ±15V, which can be achieved by utilizing the TPS65131 boost converter IC. This positive and negative output DC/DC converter IC provides the required power for the VFC32KU IC, which makes a perfect solution for the MIKROE-3131 click.
