Microchip Technology DSA15x Automotive MEMS Oscillators

Microchip Technology DSA15x Automotive MEMS Oscillators are designed to offer high reliability, low jitter, and low power consumption in harsh automotive environments. These Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) oscillators offer excellent jitter and stability performance at very low power over a wide range of supply voltage (1.71V to 3.63V) and temperature (-40°C to +125°C). The DSA15x automotive oscillators incorporate an extremely robust all-silicon resonator. The MEMS-based design allows for a high level of reliability, making the DSA150x devices ideal for demanding automotive applications. These oscillators operate at a 1.8V/2.5V to 3.3V voltage range. The DSA15x oscillators are automotive AEC-Q100 qualified, lead-free, and RoHS compliant. These oscillators are ideal for automotive infotainment and ADAS, in-vehicle networking and CAN bus, USB, SATA, SAS reference clock, and 100M/1G/10G Ethernet clock.
