Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX77756 24V Buck Regulators
Analog Devices MAX77756 24V Buck Regulators are a step-down DC-DC converter mixed with an integrated dual-input power Multiplexer (MUX). The MAX77756 achieves a wide input power supply of 3V to 24V, with a 500mA maximum output current. The device ships (comes) with a 1.8V, 3.3V, or 5.0V factory-programmed output voltage. Designers can adjust the output voltage using external resistors or an I2C serial interface. The devices are easy-to-use with short-circuit, thermal protection, and an 8ms soft-start. Two different input sources are selected from the dual-input power MUX, which chooses the higher voltage to power the step-down converter. The Analog Devices MAX77756 has a small size of 2.33mm x 1.42mm (0.7mm maximum height) Wafer-Level Package (WLP) or 15-Bump, 0.4mm Pitch, and 3 x 5 Array.Features
