SAMW25 SmartConnect Wi-Fi Modules

Atmel SAMW25 SmartConnect Wi-Fi Modules feature the industry-leading, low power 2.4GHz IEEE® 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi ATWINC1500 SoC (System on Chip) and the latest ARM® Cortex®-M0+ based microcontroller technology from Atmel. Developed as a standalone endpoint, designers can execute a complete application on the SAMW25 module. This turnkey system has an integrated software solution with security protocols such as TLS, SSL, WPA/WPA2 and network services such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP (IPv4), UDP, HTTP, and HTTPS. The SAMW25 SmartConnect Wi-Fi Modules help designers with minimal previous experience in 802.11, IP Stack or RF add Wi-Fi connectivity. Using the SAMW25 the SmartConnect Wi-Fi Modules give designers an entry point to Internet of Things (IoT) and the wide array of battery-powered devices and applications requiring the integration of WLAN connectivity without compromising cost or power consumption.
