NAFEx88-EVB Evaluation Boards

NXP Semiconductors  NAFEx88-EVB Evaluation Boards evaluate the NAFEx88 highly configurable, industrial-grade multichannel universal input Analogue Front-End (AFE) ICs. These evaluation boards are composed of low-leakage, high-voltage multiplexers, low-offset drift buffers, low noise and drift  PGA. The NAFEx88-EVB evaluation boards are connected to an LPC54628 MCU board, which allows easy configuration and reads the measurement data. These evaluation boards support voltage, current, RTD and thermocouple measurements that enable the fast and easy development of the final application. Typical applications include data acquisition systems, industrial automation and process control,  Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and remote I/O.
