LITEON Darlington Transistor Output Photocouplers are designed to deliver high current transfer ratios (CTR) and enhanced isolation performance for signal interfacing in industrial and consumer applications. These LITEON devices feature a high-gain Darlington phototransistor output, which allows for efficient signal amplification and reliable switching even at low input currents.
