Zilog / IXYS Z8F1681QN Microcontrollers

Zilog / IXYS Z8F1681QN Microcontrollers (MCUs) feature a 24MHz eZ8 CPU core, 2KB internal RAM, and 16KB flash memory with in-circuit programming capability. These MCUs exhibit 128 bytes of Non-Volatile Data Storage (NVDS), 32.768KHz precision oscillator with DCO/FLL, up to 17-channel 12/14-bit ADC, and 12-bit DAC. The Z8F1681QN MCUs offer 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption/decryption, four-channel DMA controller, and Real-Time Clock (RTC) supporting both counter and clock modes. These microcontrollers come in 32- and 44-pin packages and operate within a wide 1.8V to 3.6V operating voltage range and -40°C to 85°C (extended) operating temperature range.
