Vishay Semiconductors VS-E5PH6012LHN3 FRED (Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diodes) Pt® G5 Hyperfast Rectifier features a unique combination of low conduction and switching losses, making it ideal for soft-switched and resonant high-frequency converters. This 60A Rectifier is specifically designed to improve the efficiency of PFC and output rectification stages of EV and HEV battery charging stations, the booster stage of solar inverters, and UPS applications.Vishay Semiconductors VS-E5PH6012LHN3 FRED Pt G5 Hyperfast Rectifier is optimized for high-switching speed even under extreme conditions. This device features 1200V reverse voltage, low conduction loss, low switching loss, and a high +175°C maximum junction temperature for enhanced reliability. This rectifier is perfectly matched to operate with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs. The rectifier is offered in a TO-247AD 2L package.
