Vishay / Dale PATT High Temperature Thin Film Resistors

Vishay / Dale PATT High-Temperature Thin Film Resistors are AEC Q200-qualified and available in a range of case sizes, including 0402, 0603, 0805, and 1206. These precision automotive resistors can operate at temperatures up to 250°C (155°C at full rated power). They offer a resistance range of 1Ω to 1MΩ and can be laser trimmed to any value. The terminations consist of an adhesion layer, a leach-resistant nickel barrier, and gold plating compatible with high-temperature solder systems. Vishay / Dale PATT High-Temperature Thin Film Resistors provide 0.2% load life stability at 1000 hours at 155°C and 100% rated power. This series is moisture resistant to MIL-STD-202, method 106.
