Toshiba TLP2768A High-Speed IC Photocoupler

Toshiba TLP2768A High-Speed IC Photocoupler features high-speed and high-temperature operation. The TLP2768A is housed in a 45% thinner 2.3mm thick SO6L package compared to the existing SDIP6 package. This feature allows sets to be slimmed down while maintaining high insulation performance.

The Toshiba TLP2768A has a creepage distance of 8mm and an isolation voltage of 5kVrms. The photocoupler has a high-reliability infrared LED on the input side and an open-collector output type high-speed photo IC on the output side. The TLP2768A is capable of high-speed data transmission at 20Mbps and supports 3.3V and 5V power supplies. An operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C allows for high-speed communication interfaces for factory automation (FA) devices and various digital home appliances like IH devices.
