Texas Instruments UCC21225AEVM-365 Driver Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments UCC21225AEVM-365 Driver Evaluation Module (EVM) is designed for evaluating the UCC21225ANPL. The UCC21225ANPL is an isolated dual-channel gate driver with a 4A source and 6A sink peak current capability. This evaluation module can be used as a reference design for driving power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SiC MOSFETs with UCC21225A pin function identification, components selection guide, and PCB layout example. The Texas Instruments UCC21225AEVM-365 uses surface mount test points to expose VCCI, VDDA, and VDDB. 3-position headers with jumpers are available for easy access to the dead time (DT) programming and disable function (DIS), allowing designers to evaluate different protection functions easily. A variety of testing points supports key feature probing of the UCC21225A.

Features
