Texas Instruments LM74700EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments LM74700EVM Evaluation Module is configured to evaluate the operation of the LM74700-Q1 smart diode controller. The LM74700-Q1 Ideal Diode Controllers operate in conjunction with an external N-channel MOSFET for low-loss reverse polarity protection with a 20mV forward voltage drop. The Texas Instruments LM74700EVM Evaluation Module demonstrates how an N-channel power MOSFET can add up to a very low forward voltage diode with low IQ and low-leakage current flowing through the IC.
