Swissbit EM-20 Industrial eMMC Memory has increased endurance and high performance. The EM-20 has MLC NAND Flash to meet lifecycle ideals, and a true industrial temperature range of -40° up to 85°C, making the memory stable and reliable. The memory is ideal for industrial and embedded markets with a refined firmware architecture. Write endurance and high performance is achieved through page-based flash organization. The EM-20 series is optimized for a long life cycle that requires superior data retention, as well as power fail-safety.

  • Up to 250MB/s sequential read and up to 90MB/s sequential write in MLC mode
