STMicroelectronics MP23ABS1 MEMS Audio Sensors

STMicroelectronics MP23ABS1 MEMS Audio Sensors are high-performance, low-power microphones built with a capacitive sensing element and an IC interface. The sensors have a sensitivity of -38dBV ±1dB and an acoustic overload point of 130dBSPL and 135dBSPL with minimum 64dB signal-to-noise ratio. These MP23ABS1 sensors are available in a package compliant with reflow soldering and are guaranteed to operate over an extended temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
