Renesas Electronics RL78/F14 Microcontrollers provide a low consumption current, 48 to 256KB flash memory, and a 30 to 100-pin range package. Additionally, the RL78/F14 Microcontrollers have a built-in CAN module and LIN module for automotive interfaces. The MCUs support BLDC motor control with functional safety features, timer RD, comparator, and D/A converter. The Renesas RL78/F14 Microcontrollers are ideal for industrial and automotive applications.
