Qorvo QPF4288 Wi-Fi® Front End Modules (FEM)

Qorvo QPF4288 Wi-Fi® Front End Modules (FEM) are integrated FEMs that are designed for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems. These modules offer a compact form factor and integrated matching that minimizes the layout area in the application. The QPF4288 modules optimize the power amplifier (PA) for a 5V supply voltage that conserves power consumption. These modules come with a DC power detector that provides voltage output and an RF power detector with an RF output from a directional coupler. The QPF4288 module includes a 2.4GHz PA, regulator, single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA), and a coupler. Typical applications include access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, customer premise equipment, and IoT.
