Qorvo QPC3614 Digital Step Attenuators

Qorvo QPC3614 Digital Step Attenuators feature a patented circuit architecture that provides overshoot-free transient switching performance. Qorvo QPC3614 attenuators have a high linearity over the entire 31.5dB gain control range in 0.5dB steps. The attenuators have a low insertion loss of 1.2dB at 1GHz and three modes of control: serial, latched parallel, and direct parallel programming. QPC3614 attenuators are available in a 20-pin 4.2x4.2x0.90mm QFN package.
