Qorvo QPC1022 SPDT Switch
Qorvo QPC1022 Single Pole Dual-Throw (SPDT) Switch is designed for switching applications requiring very low insertion loss, high power handling capability, and minimal DC power consumption. Qorvo QPC1022 achieves excellent linearity performance, making it ideal for use in LTE infrastructure, repeaters, and data cards operating from 5MHz to 6000MHz.
The QPC1022 Switch offers very high isolation between RF ports providing greater separation between transmit and receive paths. The QPC1022 is offered in a 1.1mm x 1.5mm x 0.375mm 9-Pin LGA package. The compact size of the QPC1022 Switch makes it ideal for space-constrained applications.
