Qorvo QPA2212D Evaluation Board
Qorvo QPA2212D Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPA2212D Ka-Band Power Amplifier. The QPA2212D is 27GHz to 31GHz GaN on SiC power amplifier ideal for 5G infrastructure and satellite communications. The QPA2212D is fully matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports to simplify system integration. The QPA2212D is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance with electrical specifications.
The Qorvo QPA2212D Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted bare die QPA2212D, 2.4mm RF input and output connectors, and the required capacitors and resistors. The Evaluation Kit provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
