The Quectel HCM511S modules have 32 KB RAM and up to 512 KB flash memory. Measuring just 16.6 × 11.2 × 2.1 mm, the modules' ultra-compact LCC form factor reduces size and cost. The HCM511S devices support low-power Bluetooth mesh network nodes, enhancing network scalability and node counts.
