Amphenol Aerospace SwitchBlox industrial Ethernet switch, available from Mouser, is a five-port 10/100 Mbps (10BASE-T/100BASE-TX) layer two unmanaged and lightly managed Ethernet switch. This switch includes a non-blocking fabric, which allows it to achieve 100 Mbps simultaneously on all ports. The SwitchBlox industrial operates from a 6.5V to 60V input voltage range and delivers a 5V±5% output voltage at 2A.
The SwitchBlox industrial Ethernet switch features Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) injection on each board, automatic MDI-X crossover, programmable RGB LED (via STM32), embedded STM32L011F4U6, and Molex Picoblade connectors for ports. This module is available in a 38mm x 38mm x 9.2mm board size.
This switch is ideal for space, weight, and price-sensitive (SWaP) industrial and mobile applications.
