Vishay SIP3243x Power Switch ICs

Vishay SIP3243x Power Switch ICs offer an ultra-low leakage and quiescent current slew rate in a controlled high-side switch with reverse blocking capabilities. The SiP32431 and SiP32432 provide a low ON resistance p-channel MOSFET that supports continuous current up to 1.4A. The switches operate with an input voltage from 1.5V to 5.5V. The SIP3243x Switches feature a low input logic level to interface with a low control voltage from microprocessors.

The SiP32431 has logic high enable control, while SiP32432 has logic low enable control. Both devices have a very low operating current of typically 10pA at 3.3V power supply. The devices have an operating temperature range specified from -40°C to +85°C and compact package options. The SIP3243x Power Switch ICs feature an operating voltage range and low operating current making it ideal for battery-powered applications.

    • VIN quiescent current = 0.01nA
