Vishay SiC931 microBRICK™ Evaluation Board

Vishay SIC931EVB-A microBRICK™ Evaluation Board is a power management IC development tool for the SiC931 synchronous buck regulator module. SiC93 produces an adjustable output voltage down to 0.6V from a 4.5V to 24V input rail to accommodate various applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial.
