Vishay PRAHT High-Temperature Resistor Arrays
Vishay / Sfernice PRAHT 100, PRAHT 135, and PRAHT 182 Resistor Arrays are thin-film wrap-around chip resistor arrays that offer high operating temperature up to +215°C and an industry high maximum storage temperature of +230°C. These resistor array networks provide 2 ppm/ºC TCR tracking and a ratio tolerance as tight as 0.05%. Vishay / Sfernice PRAHT resistor arrays also feature very low noise and load life stability of 0.7%.
