Vishay / Dale D/CRCW-IF e3 Pulse Proof Thick Film Chip Resistors are designed for high pulse load performance resistors and are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications. The D/CRCW-IF e3 Resistors offer high pulse performance up to 10kW with high pulse voltage up to 4kV, 1.2µs/50µs. Operating in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range, these components feature a resistance range of 1Ω to 100kΩ with ±5% and ±10% tolerances. Typical applications include automotive DC-DC converters and onboard chargers, lighting ballasts, and storage drivers.
