u-blox SARA-R4 Series RF Module

u-blox SARA-R4 Series RF Modules are an LTE Cat M1, LTE Cat NB1, and EGPRS multi-mode solution in the miniature SARA LGA form factor. These RF modules allow easy integration into compact designs and seamless drop-in migration from other cellular module families. The SARA-R4 modules offer 375kb/s data communications and operate at -40°C to 85°C. These modules are ideal for LPWA applications, smart metering, smart lighting, telematics, asset tracking, remote monitoring, alarm panels, and connected health.
