Welwyn / TT Electronics TJC Thermal Jumper Chips

Welwyn / TT Electronics TJC Thermal Jumper Chips enable circuit designers to manage temperature rise in compact power electronic assemblies. The jumpers provide a thermally conductive pathway with electrical isolation to manage PCB hotspot areas. The series has a thermal resistance down to 4.6°C/W and thermal conductivity up to 218mW/°C. The low thermal resistance keeps electronic assemblies cooler and enhances product reliability.  Welwyn / TT Electronics TJC Thermal Jumper Chips are suitable for power supplies, power amplifiers, RF amplifiers, and high-power laser diode applications in the aerospace, medical, and industrial markets.
