Trenz Electronic TE0745-03-71I31-A SoM Module features AMD Zynq™ 7030, 1GB DDR3L, 64MB QSPI flash memory for configuration and operation, and powerful switch-mode power supplies. This module offers a large number of configurable I/O's via rugged high-speed stacking strips. The TE0745-03-71I31-A SoM module comes in a tiny foot of 5.2cm x 7.6cm dimension. This module features interfaces USB2.0 OTG PHY, a Plug-on module with 3 x 160-pin high-speed Samtec ST5 connectors, and 250 FPGA I/O's and 17 MIOs. This module is integrated with evenly spreaded supply pins for good signal integrity.
