Texas Instruments TLV320x/TLV320x-Q1 Rail-to-Rail Comparators

Texas Instruments TLV320x/TLV320x-Q1 Rail-to-Rail Comparators are single and dual-channel comparators that offer the ultimate combination of high speed (40ns) and low-power consumption (40µA). These devices are available in small packages with features such as rail-to-rail inputs, low offset voltage, and large output drive current. TI TLV320x/TLV320x-Q1 Rail-to-Rail Comparators are easy to implement in a variety of applications where response time is critical. They available in single (TLV3201 / TLV3201-Q1) and dual (TLV3202 / TLV3202-Q1) channel versions, both with push-pull outputs. All devices are specified for operation across the expanded industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. The TLV320x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
