Texas Instruments SN74HCS373/SN74HCS373-Q1 Octal Transparent D-Type Latch contains eight D-type latches. All inputs include Schmitt-trigger architecture. All channels for the Texas Instruments SN74HCS373/SN74HCS373-Q1 share a latch enable (LE) input and output-enable (OE) input.

  • Low power consumption
    • Typical ICC of 100nA

  • Available in wettable flank QFN (WBQB) package
  • 2V to 6V wide operating voltage range
  • Schmitt-trigger inputs allow for slow or noisy input signals
  • ±7.8mA output drive at 6V
  • –40°C to +125°C, TA extended ambient temperature range
