Texas Instruments OPAx314/OPAx314-Q1 3MHz Op Amps

Texas Instruments OPAx314/OPAx314-Q1 3MHz Operational Amplifiers (op amps) are a new generation of low-power, general-purpose CMOS amplifiers. Rail-to-rail input and output swings, low quiescent current (150µA typ at 5.0VS) combined with a wide bandwidth of 3MHz, and very low noise (14nV/√Hz at 1kHz) make these TI devices ideal for use in a variety of battery-powered applications that require a good balance between cost and performance. The low input bias current supports applications with mega-ohm source impedances. The OPAx314-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
