Texas Instruments MMBZxVAL Dual Channel Zener Diode

Texas Instruments MMBZxVAL Dual Channel Zener Diode offers 30kV ESD protection, unidirectional or single-channel bidirectional ESD in a common anode configuration. This Zener diode features relatively low capacitance and low leakage, making it suitable for high-speed applications. The MMBZxVAL diode operates at a -55°C to 150°C temperature range. This dual-channel diode is packaged in a SOT-23 form factor, providing two channels of robust transient protection in a compact and space-efficient design. The MMBZxVAL zener diode is ideal for overvoltage protection, CAN/LIN transient suppression, dual-channel unidirectional protection, or single-channel bidirectional protection.
