Texas Instruments ESD321 1-Channel 30kV ESD Protection Diodes

Texas Instruments ESD321 1-Channel 30kV ESD Protection Diodes are uni-directional, featuring low dynamic resistance and low clamping voltage. The devices come in a 0402 industry-standard package with an industrial temperature range. The ESD321 is rated to dissipate ESD strikes up to ±30kV. This meets the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard. System-level protection is ensured against transient events with ultra-low dynamic resistance (0.13Ω) and extremely low clamping voltage (6.8V at 16A TLP). The ESD321 is suitable for protecting interfaces such as USB 2.0 and Ethernet 10/100/1000 Mbps, offering a low capacitance of 0.9pF I/O.
