Swissbit S-600u Industrial microSD Memory Cards

Swissbit S-600u Industrial microSD Memory Cards have capacities of 512M, 1G, and 2GBytes and an extended operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C or an industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The Swissbit S-600u is fully compliant with SD Memory Card specification 3.0. The S-600u form factor is a standard microSD memory card (15.0mm x 11.0mm x 0.7 (1.0mm)). The device is SD2.0 SDHC backward compliant, with default speed and high-speed mode.
