Swissbit S-600 Industrial SD/SDHC Memory Cards

Swissbit S-600 Industrial SD/SDHC Memory Cards have capacities of 512M, 1G, 2G, 4G, 8G, 16G, and 32GBytes and an extended operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C or industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The Swissbit S-600 is fully compliant with SD Memory Card specification 5.0 (4-32GB) / 3.0 (512MB-2GB). The S-600 form factor is a standard SD memory card (32.0mm x 24.0mm x 2.1mm) with a write protect slider. The device is SD2.0 SDHC backward compliant, with default speed and high-speed mode.
