Swissbit Industrial mSATA SSD Modules
Swissbit Industrial mSATA Solid State Drive (SSD) Modules are small form factor, non-volatile memory drives that provide high capacity data storage. These SSD modules are compliant with the latest SATA III (6.0Gb/s) interface specification and deliver leading-edge performance and reliability. The mSATA SSD modules are available in two versions such as X-60m and X-600m series. These SSD modules are fully compliant with the JEDEC MO-300A Standard (50.8mm x 29.85mm x 3.5mm). The mSATA SSD modules are well suited for embedded applications that need high performance, non-volatile SSD storage in a compact, and removable form-factor.
The X-60m and X-600m mSATA SSD Modules are also ideal for applications that place a high demand on embedded storage drives in terms of operating environments. These SSD modules are designed and qualified to deliver reliable operation over both Commercial (0°C to 70°C) and Industrial (-40°C to 85°C) temperature ranges. The mSATA SSD modules support a maximum shock/vibration rating of 1500G/20G as per MIL-STD810 and are rated at over 2000000 hours Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF). These SSD modules offer high data transfer rates up to 525MB/s in sequential access and 79000IOPS in 4KB random access. The mSATA SSD modules also offer a wide range of features such as power fail safety, ATA security feature set, and data care management tools.
