STMicroelectronics TSC202x Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics TSC202x Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers are designed to sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common-mode voltages, from -4V to +100V. This high-voltage, bidirectional current sense amplifier provides an amplifier gain of 100V/V. The TSC202x can sense very low drop voltages, minimizing the measurement error. This device can be used in functions such as precision current measurement, overcurrent protection, current monitoring, and feedback loops. The STMicroelectronics TSC202x Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers are available in SO8 and MiniSO8 packages. These devices fully operate over the supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and an ambient temperature range of -40 to 125°C. Part numbers with a YDT or YST suffix are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
