STMicroelectronics STEVAL-MKI245KA ISM330BX Evaluation Kit
STMicroelectronics STEVAL-MKI245KA ISM330BX Evaluation Kit comprises an ad hoc printed circuit board (PCB) mounting the ISM330BX 3D accelerometer (soldered exactly in the center of the board) and a 3D gyroscope. It connects via a flat cable to a generic adapter board (STEVAL-MKIGI06A), which plugs into the standard DIL 24 socket on a STEVAL-MKI109V3 motherboard. The design allows the sensor board to be placed directly on the monitored system. The kit provides the complete ISM330BX pinout and includes the necessary decoupling capacitors on the VDD and VDDIO power supply lines.
This adapter is compatible with the STMicroelectronics STEVAL-MKI109V3 motherboard, which features a high-performance 32-bit STM32 microcontroller and serves as a bridge between the sensor and a PC. Users can operate the MEMS-Studio graphical interface on their PC, which is downloadable from st.com, or use dedicated software routines for custom applications. Additionally, the kit can be connected to an X-NUCLEO-IKS02A1 expansion board.
