STMicroelectronics EVAL-PSR01B-35W Evaluation Board
STMicroelectronics EVAL-PSR01B-35W Evaluation Board is intended to provide a stable and insulated 48V voltage bus suitable to supply 35W secondary side circuitry when a wide range of input voltages is applied at its input. The STMicroelectronics EVAL-PSR01B-35W consists of the HVLED001B quasi-resonant flyback controller and the STF10LN80K5 MDmesh™ Power MOSFET. The HVLED001B provides a very high power factor and additional protections improving the reliability of the application. The STF10LN80K5 is designed using MDmesh™ K5 technology based on an innovative proprietary vertical structure that reduces on-resistance and ultra-low gate charge for various applications.
The efficiency of the application is very high even at very low loads using the improved frequency fold-back feature that, contemporarily, reduces the output voltage ripple at light load. The EVAL-PSR01B-35W features output short-circuit and overload protections that are auto-restart for safe operation in a lighting environment.
