STMicroelectronics VNI2140J high side smart power solid state relay is a power management device designed to drive two independent resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. The STMicroelectronics VNI2140J smart power solid state relay provides a nominal current of 0.5A per channel and features shorted load protections. The STMicroelectronics VNI2140J solid state relay also offers junction overtemperature protection and protection against loss of ground.
