STMicroelectronics TSC201x Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics TSC201x Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers are designed to sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common-mode voltages, from -20V to +70V. This high-voltage, bidirectional current sense amplifier provides an amplifier gain of 100V/V. The STMicroelectronics TSC201x can sense very low drop voltages, as low as 10mV full scale, minimizing the measurement error. This device can be used in functions such as precision current measurement, overcurrent protection, current monitoring, and feedback loops. The STMicroelectronics TSC201x Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers are available in SO8 and MiniSO8 packages. Part numbers with either a YDT or YST suffix are AEC-Q100 qualified for use in automotive applications.
