STMicroelectronics TS3021/TS3022 High-Speed Comparators
STMicroelectronics TS3021/TS3022 High-Speed Comparators feature high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. These comparators operate over a wide -40°C to 125°C temperature range with a supply voltage specified from 2 to 5V. The TS3021/TS3022 has a low 73μA current consumption with an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time. Push-pull outputs are also available. The TS3021/TS3022 are qualified for automotive use and typical applications include telecom, instrumentation, and signal conditioning.
