Vishay / Siliconix SiP32454 Slew Rate Controlled Load Switch

Vishay Siliconix SiP32454 Slew Rate Controlled Load Switch is a slew rate controlled integrated high side load switch that operates in the input voltage range from 0.8V to 2.5V. The SiP32454 is an N-channel MOSFET switching element that provides a 28mΩ switch on resistance. It has a 1ms at 1.2V and 1.5ms at 2.5V slow slew rate that limits the in-rush current and minimizes the switching noise. This load switch's low voltage logic control threshold can interface with low voltage control I/O directly without extra level shift or driver. A 2MΩ pull-down resistor is integrated at logic control EN pin. The Vishay Siliconix SiP32454 integrates a switch OFF output discharge circuit.
