ROHM Semiconductor Low Quiescent Current Solutions
ROHM Low Quiescent Current Solutions increase the demand for smaller components that provide greater design flexibility and the necessary space for integrating features. These regulators achieve lower power consumption to prolong battery life. The low-quiescent-current regulators offer a maximum rated voltage of 50V, an output current ranging from 200mA to 500mA, and a Quiescent current as low as 6μA. These low-current-consuming products are ideal for compact battery-driven devices in applications like smartphones, IoT, wearables, and portable equipment.The low quiescent-current regulators include various product types like switching voltage regulators, LDO voltage regulators, supervisory circuits, Power Management ICs (PMICs), and board mount temperature sensors. Most of these regulators are automotive graded and come in cut tape, MouseReel, and Reel package styles.
