ROHM Semiconductor BUxxJA2MNVX-C Regulators are ideal for automotive applications such as radar and camera power supplies.

The BUxxJA2MNVX-C LDO Regulators are offered in an ultra-small 1.0mm2 SSON004R1010 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
