ROHM Semiconductor BR24G1Mx-5A Series Serial EEPROM

ROHM Semiconductor BR24G1Mx-5A Series Serial EEPROM are 1Mbit serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory devices with an I2C interface. The BR24G1Mx-5A EEPROM features a wide 1.7V to 5.5V operating voltage and a 1MHz (typical) operating frequency. These devices have a 256-byte page write mode and a bit format of 128K x 8-bit. BR24G1Mx-5A Series EEPROM offer low current consumption, integrated write protection, and low-voltage miswrite prevention.

The ROHM Semiconductor BR24G1Mx-5A Series Serial EEPROM are available in SOP8, SOP-J8, and TSSOP-B8 packages for design flexibility.
