ROHM Semiconductor BD52xxNVX-2C Voltage Detector IC

ROHM Semiconductor BD52xxNVX-2C Voltage Detector IC is a free time delay setting CMOS voltage detector IC that is highly accurate, with an ultra-low current consumption feature that uses the CMOS process. The BD52xxNVX-2C controls the delay time setting by an external capacitor.

The ROHM BD52xxNVX-2C Voltage Detector IC is AEC-Q100 qualified and includes an N-channel open-drain output. The devices are available for specific detection voltage ranging from 2.6V to 3.1V with an 0.1V increment. The time delay has ±50% accuracy in the operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

The devices are housed in a SSON004R1010 (1.00mm x 1.00mm x 0.60mm) package.
