ReFLEX CES COMXpressSX Stratix® 10 Module
Reflex CES COMXpressSX Stratix® 10 Module is a COM Express Basic form factor module designed for high-performance computing and acceleration. This high-performance Single-Board Computer (SBC) is based on Intel® Stratix 10 SX technology. The COMXpressSX COM module features an ARMV8 quad-core 64-bit ARM CortexA53 hard processor system that offers up to 1.5GHz clock speed. This module consists of a JTAG connector for an external USB cable, 32GB eMMC with U-boot, and NOR flash for quad SPI FPGA configuration mode.The COMXpressSX COM module features an onboard 56GB DDR4 with Error-Correcting-Code (ECC) memory and various communication interfaces. The communication interfaces include Ethernet, USB2.0, USB3.0, and GPIO. The COMXpressSX COM module also consists of extension connectors, Si5341 programmable PPL, and high precision onboard oscillator. This module is RoHS/REACH compliant and UL certified.
