Qorvo QPX0004D Quadrature IF Mixer

Qorvo QPX0004D Quadrature IF (I/Q) Mixer is optimized for wide-band and high-frequency applications such as phased array radar, satellite communications, and electronic warfare (EW). Operating over the 24GHz to 34GHz bandwidth this device can be configured as an image reject mixer, a single sideband upconverter, or a QPSK modulator/demodulator. The QPX0004D offers excellent image rejection (>20dB) and is a much smaller alternative to higher-cost hybrid I/Q mixers and single-sideband upconverter assemblies.

The QPX0004D utilizes two double-balanced mixer cells and a 90⁰ hybrid on the LO port. An external 90⁰ hybrid on the IF port is required to complete the image rejection or sideband suppression.

The Qorvo QPX0004D I/Q Mixer is offered in a 1500μm x 1140μm x 100μm bare die.
